     1. In order to use the section of the portal dedicated to members, you must first agree to the Terms and conditions. You may not use the facility if you do not accept the Terms and conditions.

     1. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the portal.
     2. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. Privacy and your personal information
     1. By accepting the Terms and conditions, you agree that the personal information provided by you at registration will appear in the database present on this portal.
     2. To prevent unsolicited contact and junk mail, your personal information will be posted on our website in image format and therefore cannot be easily copied.
     3. We reserve the right to pre-screen, filter, modify, refuse or remove any posted information that does not serve the purpose of this portal.
     4. We provide you access to your personal information and allow you to correct it if it is inaccurate or if changes in your personal details occur.
  4. Privacy of the project idea section
     1. The Project Title will be available online to facilitate contact. The short descriptions of project ideas will only be posted on the website following your decision.
     2. The short descriptions of project ideas and all fields related to this subject (e.g. budget, identified partners) that you can introduce on the portal after creating your account will be used by the national coordinator of each Programme and by authorities involved in the management and implementation of the Programmes. .
     3. This information may be used in partner search support activities by the above-mentioned bodies.
     4. We provide you access to disable registered project ideas in case they are no longer of interest to you.
  5. General terms
     1. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information posted by registered members, as this is their own responsibility.
     2. These Terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Housing and govern your use of the portal.
     3. You agree that the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Housing and other bodies involved in the management and implementation of the Programmes that make the object of this portal may provide you with notices, regular mail, or postings on the development of the Programmes and of this portal.
